  • You'll support the PLA Lead in monitoring conditions of approval, permit requirements, and deliverables throughout pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
  • You'll maintain the PLA tracking matrix, including the Conditions of Approval Matrix, ensuring it remains current as requirements evolve.
  • You'll prepare dashboards, summary reports, and status updates to track permit and approval compliance.
  • You'll coordinate with contractors, design disciplines, and agencies to align schedules and manage submission timelines.
  • You'll support the preparation and completion of project close-out documentation.
  • You'll coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, maintain action logs, and track follow-through on commitments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
  • You'll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, social media planning, public events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • You'll stay informed of on-site construction activities and proactively coordinate with contractors to ensure public notifications and mitigation measures are delivered on time.
  • You'll assist in preparing and distributing communications materials.
  • You'll conduct outreach to local businesses and residents regarding upcoming construction activities while expanding and maintaining the stakeholder database.
  • You'll coordinate and respond to public inquiries and maintain accurate stakeholder databases and engagement records.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Planning, Communications, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting construction or public agency on projects, preferably in public transit, transportation, or other publicly funded capital projects.
  • 2+ years supporting project documentation, permitting or regulatory compliance tracking, schedule coordination, and construction administration.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Familiarity with permitting and approval processes for public infrastructure, including environmental and cultural resource conditions (CEQA/NEPA), encroachment permits, and utility agreements.
  • Experience with public outreach, community engagement, or communications on an active construction project.
  • Experience maintaining stakeholder databases, CRM tools, or public inquiry tracking systems.
\n $120,000 - $140,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
