Role Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Java expert who thrives in solving real-world production challenges, digging deep into code, and ensuring high-performance, resilient systems.

What You’ll Do

• Own and resolve complex production issues with a strong focus on code-level debugging and fixes
• Analyze system behavior, identify root causes, and drive end-to-end resolution (RCA)
• Work closely with distributed systems and microservices to ensure reliability and scalability
• Continuously improve system performance, stability, and observability

️ What You Bring

• Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
• Solid experience building and supporting microservices-based architectures
• Hands-on with API technologies (REST/SOAP, XML/JSON)
• Proven ability in deep debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Working knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or MQ
• Experience with application servers (JBoss, Tomcat) and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools is good to have (Splunk, Dynatrace)
• Strong understanding of databases and system integration patterns
