We're Hiring: General Manager – Sales | Wellness Industry | Bengaluru

Are you passionate about driving business growth in the wellness industry? We are hiring a General Manager – Sales for a fast-growing organization that delivers premium wellness solutions across hospitality, commercial, and institutional clients.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 6–8 Years

CTC: 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and revenue growth across assigned territories.
• Build and manage relationships with hospitality clients, architects, consultants, builders, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close high-value deals.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Preferred Profile:

• 6–8 years of B2B sales experience in wellness, premium building products, HVAC, hospitality solutions, luxury sanitaryware, spa & wellness, or other high-value project sales.
• Strong network within the hospitality, real estate, architecture, or project sales ecosystem is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
