UCHealth is hiring Registered Nurses for our Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Fellowship. This structured program supports new and transitioning RNs in developing advanced skills for caring for complex, high-acuity medical patients. Fellows will receive guided preceptorship, classroom and simulation learning, and progressive clinical responsibility in a collaborative, academic environment. You’ll perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families. UCHealth offers strong mentorship, evidence-based practice, and growth into PCU and critical-care pathways.
