We are hirig for oe of our clietBusiness Development Manager – EMS Industry (IC Role) Location: Bangalore (Candidates across Pan India who are willing to relocate/work from Bangalore) Industry: EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) Experience: • 8 years of overall experience • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EMS industry • Strong exposure to ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) and CDM (Customer Design Manufacturer) verticals Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days Working Days: 6 Days Working (Alternate Saturdays Off) Key Responsibilities • New client acquisition and onboarding within the EMS sector • Drive B2B sales and business development initiatives • Identify and acquire customers across India • Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, ODMs, CDMs, and EMS customers • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure • Achieve revenue and growth targets through a pure hunting approach • Market mapping, competitor analysis, and strategic account penetration Must-Have Skills • Strong hunting mindset with proven new business acquisition experience • B2B sales experience in EMS industry • Understanding of Electronics Manufacturing Services ecosystem • Experience working with ODM/CDM customers • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and drive business growth
