Citrix Specialist

Duration: 5 Months Key Responsibilitie sAdminister and support Citrix Clou d, Citrix Daa S, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD ) environments .Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI ) solutions for enterprise users .Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud Connector s, Resource Locations, Workspace, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway .Support provisioning technologies including Machine Creation Services (MCS ) and Provisioning Services (PVS ) .Working knowledge of Scripting language - Powershell, Terraform and CI/CD knowledg ePerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix and virtual desktop-related issues .Monitor and optimise desktop performance, application delivery, and user experience .Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements .Support Citrix infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration activities .Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams .Produce and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles .Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes .Required Skill sStrong hands-on experience with :Citrix Clou dCitrix Daa SCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD )Citrix Workspac eCitrix Directo rStoreFron tCitrix Gateway / NetScale rCitrix Cloud Connector s
