Family Medicine Physician – Alexandria, Louisiana

Big Texas Health System, a faith‑based, not‑for‑profit organization located in Northeast Texas, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care in Alexandria, Louisiana. The role is part of a 4–8 person team, with no on‑call duty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient primary care Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Optional 4‑day work week.
• See 18–22 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Must be eligible for an unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
• Open to J‑1 and H‑1B visa sponsorship candidates.
