Job Description :

Position : Customer Support – International Voice Process

Location : Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift : Night Shift

Weekly Off : Rotational Weekdays

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers .)

• Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to international customers.

• Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies

• Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
