This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous insurance experience, ideally gained within an insurance brokerage, who has a passion for sales, strong customer service skills and the drive to maximise earning potential. The successful candidate will handle new business enquiries and existing customer renewals, providing tailored insurance solutions while delivering a high standard of customer care. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding motor and home insurance. Providing quotations and identifying suitable insurance solutions based on customer needs. Managing renewal enquiries and maximising customer retention. Identifying opportunities to increase sales through appropriate additional products and optional extras. Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally. Liaising with insurance providers when required. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all activities comply with FCA regulations and data protection requirements. Skills
