Troy Community Hosptial is seeking a per diem Housekeeper to join our dedicated team serving Troy, PA
Housekeepers in our Environmental Services team, play a vital part in creating a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients, families, and staff. Your work directly supports Guthrie’s mission of delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care across the region.
Your Workday:
Per Diem- No benefits- Shifts rotate between 7-3 or 3-11
-Includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

As an EVS Worker at Guthrie Troy Community Hospital, you'll be an essential member of the healthcare team. Position Summary:
This position carries responsibility for the provision and maintenance of the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hospital.
Education, License & Cert:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
On the job training is provided for this position, prior experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
1. Maintain cleanliness and appearance in all areas of the hospital.
2. Use of appropriate chemicals, supplies, or equipment when needed.
3. Assists in the orientation of new employees.
4. Recognizes and reports potential problems to the supervisor or manager of the unit.
5. Responsible for transporting trash and linen.
6. Assumes responsibility for all information contained in all forms of written communication, including policies and memos.
