Role Description

In this full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, Project Architects, Senior Architects, and Interns will contribute to the design and coordination of architectural projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design drawings, construction documents, and submittals; collaborating with engineering teams and consultants; and ensuring compliance with regulatory and development controls. Team members will support project planning, assist with feasibility and design reviews, and participate in site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or execution issues. The role involves close coordination with clients and authorities, integration of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles, and the use of modern tools and methodologies to achieve timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture, including concept design, space planning, and construction detailing.
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
• Ability to manage and review Submittals, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or equivalent green building standards.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and MS Office.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client coordination skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• For intern roles, enrollment in an accredited architecture program and basic knowledge of design tools and principles.
