Senior Graphic Designer – Job Description Position: Senior Graphic Designer Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA Department: Creative / Design Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding and visual communication, and the ability to create high-quality designs for digital and marketing campaigns. The candidate should be comfortable working with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, AI-powered design tools, and other modern graphic design software. Key Responsibilities - Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing, websites, advertisements, campaigns, and branding projects. - Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on client and campaign requirements. - Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. - Work on branding and visual identity projects, including logos, brand assets, and marketing collaterals. - Collaborate with the marketing, social media, content, and video teams to develop creative campaigns. - Understand design briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs. - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative assets. - Create multiple design concepts and variations when required. - Review and improve existing creatives based on feedback and performance. - Stay updated with current design trends, AI design tools, creative techniques, and digital marketing trends. - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. - Guide junior designers and interns when required. Required Skills - Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. - Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. - Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. - Good working knowledge of Canva. - Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools. - Knowledge of other graphic design and AI-based creative tools will be an advantage. - Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy. - Good understanding of social media and digital advertising creatives. - Ability to understand brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. - Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines. Preferred Skills - Experience working with digital marketing agencies or creative agencies. - Knowledge of branding and visual identity. - Experience creating designs for Meta Ads, social media campaigns, and digital marketing. - Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage. - Experience using AI tools to improve design ideation, image generation, editing, and creative workflows. - Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work.
