Improvement Advisor

Sanford Health seeks an Improvement Advisor to drive data-informed quality and process improvement across its rural and regional care network. In this role, you will partner with clinical and operational leaders to analyze performance, identify gaps, and design solutions that enhance safety, outcomes, and patient experience. Using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PDSA, you will facilitate teams, lead projects, and build sustainable workflows. You’ll contribute to a mission-driven, collaborative culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and improving health for communities across the Midwest.
