Responsibilities

• - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

• - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and live chat inquiries effectively.
• - Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
• - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales records, and any follow-up actions.
• - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• - Actively pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• - Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive practices.

Requirements

• - Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a customer-facing position.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
• - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• - Flexibility in adapting to new processes and changes.
• - Ability to work on-site and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is beneficial.
• - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
