Remote People & Ops Leader - KPI & Growth Systems

Seller Prism is hiring a People & Operations Manager to shape how our team grows, gives feedback, and delivers. This fully remote role is based in Pakistan, reporting to the founder, with PKR 450,000–650,000 per month plus a performance bonus.

You will own KPI systems, 3–5 measurable KPIs per role, run weekly 1:1s, quarterly growth conversations, and build career paths. You'll also manage company priorities, run leadership meetings, and drive process improvements.
