Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Days Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Communicates well with all team and family members involved with the patient cares. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
