Role Overview

NOVO is looking for an experienced AGM – Non-EB Claims to manage corporate non-employee-benefit claims, including property, fire, marine, engineering, and liability claims. The role involves end-to-end claims management, insurer coordination, and timely settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage non-EB claims from notification through settlement.
• Handle property, fire, marine, engineering, liability, and related claims.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, loss assessors, and internal teams.
• Review claim documents, assess coverage, and track pending requirements.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to support fair and timely settlements.
• Maintain accurate claim records and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Guide clients on claim procedures and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policy terms, regulations, and internal processes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims , preferably non-EB claims.
• Strong knowledge of property, engineering, marine and fire claims; experience in other commercial insurance lines is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Relevant insurance qualifications or certifications are preferred.
