Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Hybrid schedule with up to two remote days per week, while maintaining regular in-office collaboration and direct client contact.
Note: Candidates must have an active Arizona Bar license, 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, and hands-on trial experience. Trial experience is a firm requirement for consideration.

Job DescriptionManage commercial and business litigation matters through key stages of the litigation lifecycleDevelop case strategy with a practical understanding of each client's business objectivesDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documentsHandle depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other contested proceedingsPrepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedingsConduct legal research and develop persuasive written and oral argumentsCommunicate directly with clients and clearly explain complex legal issues and strategic optionsCollaborate with attorneys and staff while independently driving assigned matters forward
QualificationsActive Arizona Bar license in good standing3+ years of directly relevant commercial litigation experienceTrial experience requiredStrong legal research, writing, motion practice, and advocacy skillsExperience with discovery, depositions, hearings, and case preparationStrong xzbcwsv client communication and professional judgmentAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environment with regular Phoenix office and client interaction
