LeaderNovo Learning Academy · Maharashtra, India

Job Description
Company Description LeaderNovo Learning Academy is a leadership development and organizational effectiveness partner that helps organizations make clearer people and culture decisions through advanced assessments and diagnostics. The academy integrates psychometric assessments, cognitive diagnostics, leadership-readiness tools, ownership culture audits, coaching (human AI), Inner Wealth practices, and organization development into a unified system. Its programs are designed to drive real behavior change in how individuals manage self, manage others, and manage business. LeaderNovo supports hiring and promotion decisions, culture and performance systems, and leadership coaching, with a strong focus on strengthening human capabilities in an AI-driven world. The Novo way of Learning, Leading & Living emphasizes clear thinking, effective people leadership, and consistent execution. 1. Convert warm prospects into enrollments for Certification Programs • Own every warm prospect personally: trainers, coaches and consultants who attend a webinar, download a brochure or enquire. Respond fast, understand their practice, and guide them to a decision. • Run pre-enrollment counseling calls without a script — map the credential to the prospect’s practice, handle pricing and ROI objections, and move the conversation to a clear next step. • Maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm till closure: calls, WhatsApp and email touches, each with a purpose and a scheduled next action — persistent, never pushy. • Follow through on payments: share payment links and invoices, coordinate part-payments and early-bird deadlines, and ensure fee closure before batch commencement. • Onboard every enrolled professional: welcome communication, pre-work and assessment access, batch schedule and logistics, and a clean handover to the program delivery team — so their first experience of LeaderNovo matches the promise that sold them. 2. Keep non-converted prospects alive — CRM ownership • Maintain every prospect — converted or not — in the CRM with stage, source, conversation notes, objections raised and next action. No lead sits unattended, no history is lost. • Segment the database (by profession, interest level, objection type, batch preference) and run structured nurture: value content, certified-professional stories, batch announcements and early-bird windows. • Run re-engagement sprints before every new cohort — warm the parked prospects and revive them into counseling conversations. Track and improve your nurture-to-enrollment revival rate. • Keep CRM hygiene as a daily habit: pipeline stages current, duplicates cleaned, follow-up tasks never overdue. The database is a company asset you are building batch after batch. 3. Build the pipeline — marketing that feeds the funnel • Plan and run paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta targeting freelance trainers, executive coaches, L&D consultants and HR professionals. • Own the webinar/masterclass funnel end to end: landing pages, registration campaigns, reminder sequences, show-up optimization and post-session conversion into counseling calls. • Write campaign copy, emails and follow-up sequences in plain, crisp English — no agency dependence for day-to-day content. • Build the program’s presence: certified-professional success stories, LinkedIn visibility of the credential, alumni word-of-mouth and referrals into the pipeline. 4. Measure, price and improve • Track the full funnel weekly: leads, webinar registrations, show-up rate, counseling calls held, applications, enrollments, payment closures, revived prospects, cost per enrollment and revenue. • Work on program positioning, pricing, batch scheduling and offer design — early-bird pricing, cohort deadlines, alumni referral offers. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline. Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including nurturing long-term client relationships and meeting revenue targets. Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders. Experience in B2B sales, preferably in certification, HR, consulting, or leadership development sectors. Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and travel locally for client meetings as needed. Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track performance and improve decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Self-driven, organized, and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory business practices.
