Senior Test Engineer- AML/CFT

We are hiring experienced QA professionals with expertise in AML/CFT compliance systems and UAE banking regulations Position: Senior Test Engineer (STE) – AML/CFT Testing Experience: 4-6 Years Job Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad : (Work From Office ) Mandatory Skill-AML CFT - UAE Banking knowledge with focus on SIRON.One application Job Description: AML CFT - UAE Banking knowledge with focus on SIRON.One application UAE Compliance Alignment: Lead QA testing for the bank's compliance platforms to ensure full alignment with CBUAE regulations, Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2025, and FATF mandates. SIRON Application Validation: Test and configure SIRON modules (AML, KYC, Embargo) to ensure accurate alert generation logic tailored to UAE-specific money laundering typologies. goAML Portal Integration: Validate data extractions, payload formats, and XML schema transformations required for seamless filing to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit's goAML portal. Sanctions & PEP Screening: Verify local and global watchlists, including the UAE Local Terrorist List and UN Security Council Resolutions, across SIRON real-time screening engines. Regional Risk Scoring: Test customer risk-scoring algorithms within SIRON to confirm compliant handling of high-risk jurisdictions, complex corporate structures, and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO). Test Case Development: Design and execute technical test scripts and scenarios tailored to AML CFT functionality Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, report, and prioritize software bugs in Jira/ALM, ensuring critical compliance risks are addressed before deployment. Daily Status reporting of RAG, Risks, Test Execution and testing related metrics Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 4–6 years in banking QA, with 3 years explicitly focused on AML/CFT compliance systems within the GCC/UAE banking sector. Application Expertise: Deep, hands-on functional testing experience with the SIRON compliance software suite. Technical Skills: Strong SQL proficiency to conduct backend database verification and data reconciliation across financial data repositories. Local Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) rules, goAML reporting rules, and regional remittance systems.
