About the Role

As our operations expand across major industrial plants — refineries, steel, cement, power, and chemical facilities — we are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Site Mobilization Manager . This role ensures smooth mobilization of workforce and resources by maintaining compliance checklists, coordinating with plants, and preparing all documentation before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance checklists for each client and state.
• Coordinate with plant teams to ensure readiness before mobilization.
• Verify and prepare all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and statutory documents.
• Ensure contractor compliance with industrial regulations and site-specific requirements.
• Liaise with clients to address compliance queries and documentation needs.
• Track mobilization timelines to avoid deployment delays.
• Maintain records of compliance submissions and approvals.
• Support site teams during mobilization and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering/Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial contractor compliance, EHS documentation, or site mobilization.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in refineries, steel plants, cement plants, power plants, or chemical plants.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and contractor documentation.
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
