Senior data engineer - sql

7+ years of hands-on **Data Engineering** experience. Strong expertise in **SQL and Python**. Hands-on experience with **Snowflake** and modern data warehousing. Strong experience with **ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data pipeline development**. Experience with **AWS, Azure, or GCP**. Hands-on experience with **Databricks / Apache Spark / Py Spark**. Experience with **Apache Airflow** or other orchestration tools. Knowledge of **Kafka / streaming, CDC, incremental loads, and SCD**. Experience with **dbt** and modern ELT practices. Good understanding of **Git, CI/CD, Terraform, data quality, monitoring, and cloud security**. Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support experience.

### Good to Have

Experience with **Delta Lake / Apache Iceberg**. Snowflake features such as **Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Time Travel**. Experience with **Docker/Kubernetes** and cloud-native architectures. Exposure to **data governance, lineage, observability, and Gen AI/ML data pipelines**. Strong communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
