Brooks International ( ) is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to drive high-impact recruitment efforts through targeted outreach and relationship management. This role is focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and converting top-tier talent through direct sourcing and cold-calling strategies.

About the Role

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing direct outreach campaigns , managing candidate pipelines, and building strong relationships with high-potential professionals. This role requires an individual who is highly proactive, confident in cold outreach, and capable of driving meaningful conversations that convert passive talent into active candidates .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls to engage passive candidates.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for key roles.
• Drive direct engagement strategies , including follow-ups and strategic relationship-building.
• Manage and track candidate interactions and conversion rates to optimize recruitment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold-calling, outbound sales, business development, or recruitment sourcing .
• Experience in recruiting management consultants.
• Proven ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with high-value prospects.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, or outbound calling tools is a plus.
