Portfolio Management Analyst

Responsibilities:Analyze property-level financial performance, including budgets, reforecasts, and variance analysisReview monthly financial reporting packages, cash flows, and property-level returnsMonitor property cash management, funding requests, debt service, and capital requirementsAssist with investor reporting, financial statement reviews, and audit coordinationMaintain property-level return calculations and review joint venture waterfall distributionsSupport acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and xzbcwsv refinancing activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to evaluate property performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:2+ years of experience in real estate accounting, real estate audit, FP&A, or real estate investment financeReal estate experience is required, with exposure to property-level accounting or financial analysisCPA is not required, but preferred
