Aria Glass NY, a specialty glass contractor serving residential and commercial clients across the New York metro area, is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand presence and support business development.About the roleThe Marketing Coordinator will manage our marketing across digital and print channels, showcasing our work in shower enclosures, glass railings, storefronts, curtain walls, and custom architectural glass. This is a hands-on position for a self-directed professional who can both create content and keep marketing efforts organized, working closely with company leadership.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn), featuring project photography and completed installationsDevelop marketing collateral, including brochures, proposals, and email campaignsMaintain and update website content in coordination with our web teamCoordinate the company's presence at trade shows and industry events, including materials and follow-upSupport outreach and relationship-building with architects, general contractors, and design partnersEnsure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels xzbcwsv Qualifications2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related fieldStrong writing skills and a strong eye for designProficiency with social media platforms and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage projects independentlyExperience in construction, architecture, or design is a plus
