Satellite Healthcare is seeking a compassionate LVN to support in-center and home dialysis patients. In this role, you’ll deliver direct nursing care, monitor treatments, and assist with assessments, education, and care coordination for people with chronic kidney disease. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll operate and monitor dialysis equipment, uphold infection control standards, and document all care.
