Social media and influencer marketer (women's fashion startup)

Responsibility:

Set up and manage the social media accounts for a fashion and lifestyle brand. Implement the social media strategies for building brand awareness, and generating inbound traffic along with product adoption. Ensure relevant and engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts. Benchmark current trends across social media and create relevant content for the brand. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists. Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and agencies Create Influencer collaboration strategies that align with the brand vision Negotiate, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth collaboration with influencers Oversee influencer campaigns from ideation to execution. Monitor influencer content and measure its impact on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Build and nurture relationships with the online community through active engagement and responding to comments and messages Facilitate and encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy among followers Collaborate with the creative team to develop and shoot engaging, on-brand content. Write copy for social posts and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Good to have
