Role Description The Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for Oecumenical Tech Solution OPC Private Limited in an on-site, full-time capacity based in Jaipur. This role involves defining the technical roadmap, overseeing software architecture and infrastructure, and guiding the end-to-end development lifecycle from concept to deployment. The CTO will build and mentor engineering teams, establish coding standards and best practices, and ensure that technology initiatives align with business goals and market needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with founders and cross-functional teams, evaluating new tools and platforms, managing vendor and partner relationships, and driving security, scalability, and performance across all systems. The role also includes contributing to product strategy, supporting sales and marketing with technical insights, and representing the company’s technology vision to clients, investors, and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and research to inform technology and product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Sales and marketing awareness, with the capability to support go-to-market efforts through technical presentations, demos, and solution design.
- Demonstrated experience in technology leadership, software architecture, and managing engineering teams in a product or startup environment.
- Proficiency in modern software development practices, cloud platforms, security principles, and scalable system design.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, take ownership in a co-founder capacity, and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
