Develop and deliver training programs focused on industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices Manage the Learning Corner and coordinate training resources to support employee development Assess training effectiveness and refine content to ensure measurable improvements in performance Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training strategies and address operational needs What are the key skills we are looking for?
