The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep of buildings and facilities, including scheduled maintenance, work orders, and safety checks for systems such as pools, HVAC, and boilers. Duties may include painting, equipment cleaning, and performing basic electrical and plumbing tasks to maintain facility standards. The salary for this position starts at $23.00 hourly.
