Your focus• Guide property-level teams and help them resolve leasing and operating challenges.• Review community performance, identify where support is needed and carry improvements through to completion.• Help communities move from initial leasing into established operations.• Use property-management reporting to keep leadership informed and teams focused.What will help you succeed• Successful regional or multi-property responsibility within market-rate multifamily housing.• Experience with lease-ups and a clear understanding of the South Florida rental market.• Working proficiency in Yardi, with practical use of property data to support teams.• English and Spanish communication skills suitable for managing staff and resident-facing operations.This is a property-based opportunity serving South Miami-Dade.
