JOB TITLE: Service Technician COMPANY: Hoffman Building Technologies STATUS: Full Time, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) DEPARTMENT: Service REPORTS TO: Service Manager or Operations Supervisor JOB SUMMARY: The Service Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building automation systems and their components. The Service Technician will provide analysis of building control and HVAC system performance in buildings, provide accurate and complete documentation in a timely manner and perform DDC controls startup/programming as required.
