To support HR operations, the remote Workday Techno-Functional Consultant will gather requirements, configure, and test Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories and configurations for Workday modules Configure, test, and support Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and related HR systems, managing backlog items and Agile ceremonies Conduct various testing phases, validate integrations, and troubleshoot production issues while maintaining documentation Required qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in absence management and timekeeping modules Proven experience in building workflows for time tracking and absence management in Workday Understanding of the impact of Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits transactions on Payroll and downstream systems Experience in translating business requirements into detailed user stories and test cases Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar work-management platforms
