The ONeil Search Group is seeking a finance and data reporting leader in Los Angeles. The role oversees pricing, reporting, and client/timekeeper data teams, conducts performance evaluations, reviews timecards, and ensures accuracy of reports.

You will develop and prepare pricing proposals, create SSRS or Power BI reports, analyze firm profitability, and support matter budgets. The position requires coordinating with attorneys and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate insights.
