About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scan to BIM / BIM ACS Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Scan-to-BIM, point-cloud processing, and BIM modeling. The candidate will be responsible for converting laser scan/point-cloud data into accurate and coordinated BIM models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and analyze LiDAR / laser scan / point-cloud data .
• Develop accurate Scan-to-BIM models from point clouds and survey data.
• Create and modify BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP elements as required.
• Work with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks , and relevant BIM/point-cloud software.
• Prepare BIM models according to LOD and project-specific standards .
• Perform model validation and quality checks against point-cloud data.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Identify discrepancies, clashes, and modeling issues.
• Prepare BIM drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and documentation where required.
• Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, templates, and workflows.
• Coordinate with project managers, survey teams, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of models throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM / BIM modeling .
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit .
• Experience working with Point Cloud / RCP / RCS data .
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks .
• Understanding of BIM workflows, modeling standards, and LOD.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good understanding of construction and building components.
• Strong attention to detail and model accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ReCap / point-cloud processing software .
• Knowledge of Revit Families and BIM standards .
• Experience with Scan-to-BIM projects for existing buildings .
• Knowledge of clash detection and coordination .
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and project requirements.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Education

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering/design field .
• Relevant professional experience in BIM/Scan-to-BIM will also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering accurate BIM models from point-cloud data within project deadlines.
