Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to drive supplier quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead supplier quality investigations, nonconformance management, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Manage Supplier Quality Notifications (SQNs), Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and supplier performance metrics.Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities and support root cause investigations.Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and qualification activities.Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve supplier quality issues.Support supplier development, risk management, process improvements, and quality system compliance.Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies including 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Systems.Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, CAPA, supplier audits, and quality management systems.Experience with SAP or similar ERP/QMS platforms.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred QualificationsASQ CQE, CSQP, CQA, or Six Sigma certification.Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.Lead auditor certification (ISO 9001/ISO 13485) is a plus. xzbcwsv
