Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinated with external calibration vendors to ensure timely execution of calibration activities in SAP.
• Tracked calibration schedules and ensured proper planning and completion of instrument calibrations.
• Managed archival of calibration certificates and coordinated with QA for documentation compliance.
• Reviewed and coordinated periodic temperature mapping reports for equipment and systems as per defined timelines.
• Prepared, updated, and maintained SOPs along with proper archival of controlled documents.
• Supported internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Initiated, tracked, and ensured timely closure of errata and discrepancies.
• Prepared calibration planners and performed Critical/Non-critical/Indicative instrument classification and assessments.
• Followed up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of required training programs (protocols, corporate SOPs, etc.).
• Monitored and ensured timely execution of annual maintenance activities under AMC for instruments and systems.
• Actively participated in and completed all assigned learning and development programs within specified timelines.
• Coordinated and ensured timely replacement and proper maintenance of calibration status tags.
• Maintained instrumentation-related documentation and ensured audit compliance through proper verification practices.
