About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and resourceful Project Management Associate to support the planning and execution of a diverse range of art projects.

The role involves working closely with clients, artists, vendors and internal teams to ensure that every project is delivered efficiently, on schedule and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong project-management and communication skills with creative thinking, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed execution plans, timelines and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of all milestones and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients and their representatives throughout project execution.
• Identify, coordinate with and manage vendors according to project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, artists, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring that everyone remains aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Maintain accurate, accessible and up-to-date project records and documentation.
• Anticipate potential challenges and support their timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to project-management best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Arts Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years
