A confidential manufacturing company in the East Valley is seeking an experienced Buyer II to support purchasing and supplier management for a fast-paced production environment.
ResponsibilitiesPurchase materials, components, and outside servicesManage supplier relationships and delivery schedulesObtain quotes and negotiate with vendorsTrack shortages and help resolve material issuesCoordinate with production, planning, engineering, and quality teamsSupport MRP, inventory, and production scheduling activities
Qualifications5+ years of purchasing or buyer experience in manufacturingExperience with MRP, inventory xzbcwsv control, and production planningStrong supplier communication and negotiation skillsProficiency with Excel and WordAerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
