NUVO AEON Diamond & Jewellery Private Limited is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, designing, and overseeing architectural projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution. Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs, layouts, drawings, and plans. Develop conceptual designs and detailed working drawings. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Conduct site visits and monitor project progress. Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations. Review project specifications and construction documentation. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Resolve design-related challenges during project execution. Prepare presentations, reports, and design proposals for management and clients. Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality standards. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction methodologies. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills Required Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar architectural software. Knowledge of 3 D visualization and rendering tools will be an added advantage. Familiarity with local building regulations and construction standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile Creative and innovative thinker. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and project management skills.
