Job Description – HSE Supervisor

Location: Bokaro

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 Gross per Month

Notice Period: Immediate / Up to 15 Days Preferred

Industry: Steel Plant / Industrial / Construction Safety

Job Summary

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to ensure workplace safety and compliance at the site. Candidates should have hands-on experience in industrial/steel plant safety and good knowledge of EHS practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
  
• Conduct Tool Box Talks (TBT) and safety awareness sessions.
  
• Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safety procedures.
  
• Monitor site activities for compliance with EHS and statutory requirements.
  
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
  
• Support the Safety Officer in implementing EHS policies and procedures.
  
• Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HSE/Safety experience .
  
• Experience in Steel Plant / Industrial Safety preferred .
  
• B.Sc. / Diploma; PDIS/ADIS preferred .
  
• Good knowledge of industrial safety practices and statutory compliance.
  
• Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
  
• Basic MS Office/computer knowledge.
  
• Candidates from Patna Institute, Narayana Institute, or Jamshedpur Institute backgrounds
  
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice preferred.
