Senior SAP FICO Consultant | S/4HANA

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP Center of Excellence team.

Experience: 8–12 years

Expertise: SAP FICO, with strong S/4HANA experience

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze financial and controlling processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support new SAP implementations as well as existing support projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Conduct and support testing, including UAT and other functional testing activities.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, test cases, system documentation, and process documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to business users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA is mandatory .
• Deep understanding of SAP FI and CO modules.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling business processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
• Experience with implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Experience with UAT, functional testing, and defect resolution.
• Strong experience in creating functional specifications, test cases, and system documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
