Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept through completion, including client consultations, space planning, and development of detailed design proposals. The Senior Interior Designer will prepare and review construction drawings, coordinate FF&E selections, and work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, mentoring junior designers, conducting site visits, and ensuring that all design solutions align with client expectations, budget, and quality standards.
Qualifications Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically cohesive layouts. Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and understanding of building systems to integrate design solutions effectively. Ability to create, interpret, and manage Construction Drawings with attention to technical accuracy and compliance. Experience in FF&E selection and specification, including materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures. Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar tools). Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects and managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
