We are looking for a  GHL & Salesforce Support Associate to join our team and work directly with our CRM, automation, and client support operations.

About the Role

As a  GHL & Salesforce Support Associate , you will work hands-on with  GoHighLevel (GHL) and Salesforce on a daily basis.

You will support client onboarding, manage CRM workflows and automations, troubleshoot issues, maintain CRM data, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client systems operate smoothly.

This is an  on-site role in New Delhi and is suited for someone who already has practical experience working with both GHL and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Work daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL) and Salesforce
• Handle client onboarding and day-to-day CRM support
• Respond to client queries and resolve CRM-related issues
• Create and manage pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, and customer journeys
• Configure and maintain client CRM setups
• Test and troubleshoot workflows, automations, forms, and CRM processes
• Maintain clean, accurate, and organized CRM data
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in GHL and Salesforce
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Support client retention and basic sales follow-ups when required
• Document client setups, processes, and troubleshooting steps

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience
• Maximum 2 years of professional experience
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Good understanding of CRM workflows and automation
• Strong communication and client-support skills
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requirements
• Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi

⚠️ Mandatory Requirements

GHL + Salesforce experience is mandatory.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with both GoHighLevel and Salesforce .

Candidates with experience in only one platform will  not be considered .

Candidates with  less than 6 months or more than 2 years of professional experience will also  not be considered .

Good to Have

• Experience with sales or marketing automation
• Understanding of CRM integrations
• Experience with lead management and appointment workflows
• Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks
• Experience working with AI, SaaS, or startup environments
