Responsibilities

Lead organizational development initiatives using Workday, Culture Amp, and Qualtrics for employee engagement.

Design change management programs, implement leadership development frameworks, conduct organizational assessments, and drive culture transformation across our Islamabad and Rawalpindi operations.

Partner with senior leadership on strategic OD initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Business Administration, 48 months professional experience, advanced organizational development manager expertise with proven track record in change management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Business Administration (completed)
• 4+ years OD experience
• Expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter)
• Proficiency with OD tools (Culture Amp, Qualtrics, Workday)
• Strong facilitation and consulting skills
• Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days onsite in Islamabad
