Job Requirements
Provides complex database support activities
Designs and completes Database Administration Maintenance tasks. Completes Complex database changes and application implementations. Understands and works within incident and change management principles and best practices Analyzes, tests and implements changes and enhancements to database management software and databases. Mentor Database Administrator's Collaborates with technology/infrastructure staff to identify database relationships and functional requirements; analyzes and resolves issues related to information flow and content. Performs Database performance and tuning activities Performs special projects as assigned or directed. Understands and able to communicate database management software Licensing knowledge. Provide off-shift support for database support/incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Incident and service request on Mainframe IMS and support the Mainframe environments and its products.
