Project Manager

Location: Mumbai Experience: Minimum 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Infoneo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Government IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, hands-on experience in handling software development lifecycles, stakeholder management, and team coordination. The candidate must possess a valid PMP certification and have prior experience managing Central/State Government, PSU, or e-Governance projects. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of Government IT projects from initiation to successful delivery. Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with Government departments, clients, vendors, and internal technical teams. Ensure project delivery within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct regular project review meetings and submit status reports to stakeholders. Manage requirement gathering, change requests, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and Government standards. Coordinate UAT, deployment, Go-Live activities, and post-implementation support. Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and Infrastructure teams. Maintain project documentation including MOMs, risk registers, issue logs, project trackers, and progress reports. Support proposal preparation, estimations, and project planning whenever required. Required Skills Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills. Experience in software development project lifecycle (SDLC). Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Experience in risk management and issue resolution. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Familiarity with Government procurement, RFPs, and contract management will be an advantage. Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification - Mandatory. Hands-on experience managing Government/PSU/e-Governance software development projects - Mandatory. Preferred Skills Experience with tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar project management tools. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage. Experience managing teams of 10 technical resources. Exposure to AI/ML, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Applications is desirable. Why Join Infoneo Technologies?
