Our client is a privately held company specializing in secondary packaging supplies and end-of-the-line equipment. They're looking for a Sales Manager to lead their packaging solutions team and drive new business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of 2-4 MW-based sales representatives
• Developing & executing business strategy and account plans
• Selling secondary & tertiary packaging supplies and equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success developing new business in the packaging automation space
• Experience working within a packaging distribution environment is a plus
• Prior people management experience preferred
