Assistant production manager

We're Hiring: Assistant Manager — Production Vadodara, Gujarat | ₹4–8 LPA | Full-time, On-site

Grid Edge Renewables, a new Indian inverter company, is scaling up production of its on-grid and hybrid solar inverters. We're looking for an Assistant Manager — Production to keep our lines running smoothly and our output on target.

What you'll do:

Manage daily production schedules for on-grid and hybrid inverter manufacturing Supervise line operators and ensure SOP adherence Track output, downtime, and material consumption against targets Support QC checkpoints and resolve in-line production issues Coordinate with stores and procurement for uninterrupted material supply Maintain production records and report to the Plant Head

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in on-grid and hybrid inverter manufacturing Working knowledge of inverter production and testing processes Good shop-floor coordination and team-supervision skills Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred
