- Process exceptions, from bank lockboxes and apply to accounts.
- Manually post received funds to appropriate accounts with accuracy.
- Perform research on various software applications to ensure proper and accurate postings.
- Perform data entry on various excel spreadsheets.
- Utilize and apply time management to all duties to ensure work is completed within a timely manner and meet monthly and Lien deadlines.
- Respond to sensitive and time critical requests from leadership.
- Performs other special assignments and related duties as assigned.
- Make recommendations on how to make process improvements

- Well Organized, experience with time and priority management skills
- Experience with processing financial transactions in Workday and financial systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
- Experience Requirement: Two (2) years of clerical experience.
- Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirement.
- License/Certifications: By position requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application.
- Licenses and certifications must be kept current as a condition of employment.
